Lavender Celebration and Recognition Ceremony: The Lavender Celebration is an annual event that recognizes our graduating LGBTQIA+ students and outstanding leaders. Senior Mwambo Ceremony: The Senior Mwambo Ceremony is an African rite of passage ceremony that marks the transition of black graduates from their lives at the University of Miami to advanced education and professional careers.
